This Data General Corporation Integrated Circuit is used on an Intelligent Lan Controller (ILC) board which came with my Eclipse MV/9800 the PCB also has an Intel 82586 IEEE 802.3 co-processor.
Does anyone recognise the 48pin DIP labeled A01 and have any information on it and/or the PCB?
The PCB part number is 005-039526 – do you know the DGC model number?
