This Data General Eclipse S/140 Chassis has arrived, it will enable me to test my S/140 and Nova 4 CPUs and related PCB’s in due course.
This particular example is the shielded version and formed part of a GE CAT scanner many years ago.
This Data General Eclipse S/140 chassis has arrived from the USA in a reasonably good condition. It is the hardened/shielded version and was used as the CPU in a GE CAT Scanner in its previous life.
This chassis should enable me to test/repair my S/140 and Nova 4 PCB’s and build a working S/140 system.
This is another project for 2020/2021!
